Dendric Estate, located on 20 acres in the Kamas Valley, features a trellised orchard of classic apples which produce dry sparkling ciders. The purpose of the estate and distiller is to work with the environment and leverage wine making methods to showcase cider at its best, on par with the premium sparkling wines of the world bone dry, crisp, with elevated acidity and balanced tannins.  Dendric Estate, is dedicated to showcasing their beautiful setting in the Kamas Valley and celebrating its history, all while innovating for the future.  Founders Brendan and Carly Coyle, the husband-and-wife team behind Dendric Estate, aim to build a cider estate dedicated to environmentally sustainable practices. Their first cider, Dry Cut, launched on July 11th.
