Discussing her 30 years of nonprofit leadership

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and nonprofit leadership, Emmie Gardner brings a mission-driven approach to her role at Holy Cross Ministries. Her work in mental health, conflict resolution, and community-based health services closely aligns with Rotary’s core areas of focus—especially maternal and child health, disease prevention, education, and peacebuilding. HCM’s pillars of education, justice, and health reflect the same commitment to service and equity that drives Rotary.
