Rotarians & Guests, join us Tuesday, January 27 for Rotary Ski Day at Deer Valley Resort!
For two decades, Park City’s Rotary Clubs have enjoyed annual ski days together at local resorts. It’s an opportunity for camaraderie between Rotarians on the slopes and a chance to learn more about our own world class ski areas. For a fourth year in a row, the Rotary Ski Day includes all three of our community’s Rotary Clubs.
Not skiing this time? No problem, meet us for lunch!
Event Schedule - Tuesday, January 27, 2025
- 8:30-9:30 a.m. - Rendezvous at Snow Park Plaza; pickup tickets near window from Tom MacPhail. (If you're late, pick them up from the ticket window.)
- 9:05 a.m. - Groups depart Snow Park Base, Ski together on the mountain.
- 11:45 a.m. - Meet on 2nd floor of Snow Park Lodge for buffet lunch
- 12:30 p.m. - Deer Valley President and COO Todd Bennett presentation
- 1:15 p.m. - Afternoon skiing
How it Works Deer Valley Resort is generously providing a single-day lift ticket to Rotarians and one guest. (Anyone currently holding a Deer Valley Season Pass is NOT eligible). You are welcome to join up and ski with fellow Rotarians, or you can form your own group to ski. We will all meet up at Snow Park Lodge for a private buffet lunch at noon and have an opportunity to hear Deer Valley Resort President and COO Todd Bennett.
Bring your appetite, lunch buffet will consist of:
- Snow Park Caesar Salad
- Deer Valley Turkey Chili or Vegan Chili
- Baked Potato Bar - russet or sweet potatoes, all the fixings
- Fresh Baked Cookies
- Lemonade, Iced Tea, Coffee
The cost for the lunch is $65, which includes a lift ticket if the attendee chooses. (Deer Valley Season Pass holders not eligible for lift tickets.)
Please register by Friday, January 23rd. All changes and cancellations must be completed by January 23rd. After that date, all ticket sales are final.
